An interesting book
Hi,
I was recently at an appointment with my consultant and another Dr and the conversation came up about reading suggestions for those with pulmonary fibrosis.The Dr, not my consultant mentioned a book called Breathe…the new science of a lost art by James Nestor https://amzn.eu/d/0gfRu0r
Whilst not specifically about PF or lung diseases I thought I would give it a go anyway and surprisingly found it both very informative and insightful.
As someone who suffers from PF Interstitial lung disease I am always glad to expand my knowledge and understanding of how the body works and how doing things differently can be beneficial….it can’t hurt right.
Just thought I would share, could be the this book has already been mentioned and discussed on the forum so apologies if it has.
