        I was told I need to lose 25lbs. I’ve been working on it and have
        5 lbs to go!!!
        Fortunately my Hubbie has been very supportive.
        I downloaded the app ‘Lose it’ & it has worked. I was concerned, because my exercise is limited, but you put that in at the beginning & it works out your calories from there.
        I allow myself a waffle cone & yogurt ice-cream as a treat & it is good enough to stop my sugar cravings…. Although, I’m worried about Xmas!!
