| Best advice for PF symptom management | For itching, Witch Hazel and good moisturizer cream. Energy is a problem and found it all a little better when I back off 1 or 2 pills a day. For the coughing I use cough drops. Experiment and find the one you can tolerate. My lowest %SpO2 has been 59. But that was an extreme low for me. Most generally, my low never goes below 75 before I get my oxygen on. Does not take long under strenuous situations the drop right off. So when I go to the store or in an active situation I take my portable O2 generator. |
