Biography

Hi I was diagnosed February 2020, previous year family physician diagnosed pneumonia and severe allergic reaction.  Pulmonologist changed the tide of treatment by a clear diagnosis of Pulmonary Fibroses.  I retired earlier then I wanted to due to this illness, I had hoped to retire at 75 but instead 68.  I am on O2 support 24/7 since my diagnosis.  Also attended pulmonary rehab for 12 weeks and have moved on to supportive Pulmonary exercise, twice a week.  I have kept out of any public gathering Since February 2020, very limited visitation by friends and family who must be healthy and so sign of colds, congestion etc.  I am hoping the Ofev will give me additional years of life and a reduction of coughing.

My husband Brian is my number one support and a dear friend Kris and my daughter Brianna Plus my wonderful pup Ginger Belle she is my joy, my laughter and my cuddle pup.   I was an avid gardener but now can only watch from the sidelines.  I am attempting to keep up my sewing and  quilting actvities. This illness is a heartbreaker and I want to spare my family as much as possible, so the medication and exercise, up attitude, prayer and FB posting keep me going and are important elements in surviving this horrid disease.
