My husband has been diagnosed in 2018. He was doing well until lately…. He is 24hrs on oxy. Lately does his belly swell a lot. And is hard as stone. Could it be beginning of end stages?

My husband is the one diagnosed with IPF but I am the Carer his wife…since I met him 45 years ago i have known that he has sinus allergies. But now with the IPF it is even worse. I got him to take Flonase nose spray and it helped a bit. Will it help him to take any antihistamin like Celestamine?
