I have IPF and was diagnosed in March 2018.  I have been on Ofev (Nintedanib) since November 2018 and currently has have a FVC 2,65 68%.

Best advice for PF symptom management

With OFEV(Nintedanib) I am prescribed Lansoprazole Gastro-Resistant Capsules 30mg to be taken in the morning with food.  Lasoprazole is proton pump inhibitor which reduce the amount of acid that the stomach makes to help reduce the side effects of OFEV.

After reading about it on your site I am also taking Green Tea Extract 85mg twice a day.  I am also taking vitamin D to help my immune system in view of the current covid 19 pandemic.
