They measured pressure between the heart and lung and I was dignosesd with PH.  Pulmonary doc prescribed nebulized Tyvaso. Said there was some evidence that Tyvaso may also be helpful to IPF situation (slowing progression?). Medicare Part B (because the nebulizer is considered durable medical&hellip;</p>

I have been lucky in not having side effects. If your doctor will only prescribe Ofev, maybe a different doctor would be more accommodating. I don’t understand the reason he/she is unwilling for you to try Esbriet. If reasons are medically sound then soldiering through with Ofev may be best path.&hellip;</p>

I use an app called &#8220;Alarmed&#8221; which I can see on my phone and my watch. The alarms I set will cause reminders to be seen (and felt) on my watch and my phone. I use it for meds and repeating chores and it works great. I would not be compliant with all of my meds without these tools and I highly recommend them. Cheers.</p>

My pulmonologist told me that before Esbriet/Ofev, doctors prescribed steroids for IPF. They discovered later that steroids actually made the IPF worse.
