Short Bio | Hi all So 5.9.2019 my husband was diagnosed with IPF. He went to work in the morning gardening. Home at 2pm and couldn’t breath. That was it lung test 21.10.19 showed 54% capacity and now he is pretty much immobile due to shortness of breath and oxygen demands when moving. Po2 two days ago was 5.9. So now on 3.5 litres at rest and between 6 and 8 when moving at all. Has anyone else had it happen this fast. Also dropped over 2 1/2 stone in 2 months. |
