									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have had to come off pirfenidone due to rashes. I was on Nintedanib previously but suffered a stroke which may or may not have been caused by the medication. The ILD team have asked me which medication I would prefer to be on. This is a real dilemma for me. On the face of it, it makes no sense to go on to a medication that can cause bleeding&hellip;</p>

All was fine until October last year when I had a stroke. I was immediately taken off Ofev as apparently stroke is a rare side effect. I was put on pirfenidone but I am experiencing a rash which has covered the upper part of my body. It is really itchy and the spots are changing to&hellip;</p>
