<p>Your story is no different from mine.</p>
<p>I am 67 years old. My IPF was dormant for  4 years and then suddenly it started to deteriorate and within 6 months my breathing reached critical levels. At that point in time, I changed my earlier decision not to go for transplant and registered myself for a single lung transaplant.To my good luck,&hellip;</p>

I understand, most IPF patients also suffer from GERD &amp; Silent reflux and sleeping with head elevated definitely helps.</p>
