Have been on Ofev 100 mg for several months; no problem. Early January 2026 added Jascayd 18 mg; had pretty serious intestinal gas problems. Gas-X controlled it maybe 80%. Still not feasible. Have now stopped both for one week. Will start up again with Jascayd alone and see if alone it produces intolerable side effects.

I was on Ofev 150 mg for 15 months when big time diarrhea hit. Switched to Ofev 100 mg and have been fine. No problems. My pulmonologist has now prescribed Jascayd for me as well (18 mg). So far only a mild gas problem taking them both but Gas-X keeps that well under control. No sure how long he’ll recommend I take both.

Been taking JASCAYD and Ofev 100mg together now for 3 weeks. Big Side Effect on day 1 but ok since.

I was on Ofev 150 mg for the first 15 months with no problems at all. Then at that point diarrhea set in and couldn’t be controlled. Finally with pulmonologist recommendation, switched to Ofev 100 mg. Take it now at breakfast and dinner; don’t worry about proteins. No side effects.
