I have a lot of pain in my shoulders, neck, and upper back when I am out walking around. I use Tiger Balm and it seems to help (it&#8217;s a counter-irritant). Thigh muscles also get very crabby when walking very far. But then there&#8217;s the right hip, which, when it flares up, necessitates a cane (argh!). I used to be a very strong, active woman, but as this wretched thing gets worse I am severely limited, not just by breathing issues, but by burning pain in thigh muscles and trapezius. I chalked it up to the lack of O2 to the muscles, causing them to go anaerobic very quickly and deplete their glycogen stores. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you! I am only just adjusting to this diagnosis; I have been suffering from it for more than 5 years but no one has taken it seriously. Alas, I am not in the &#8220;moderate&#8221; category and am trying to learn to maximize my exercise tolerance and maintain the quality of my life as best I can. 🙂</p>
