I was diagnosed with IPF a year ago , and told it was a mild case . The past 6 months have had increased trouble with my asthma . I have heart block & rhythm issues so was switched to an inhaler that would not exacerbate .

I am having a lot of trouble with coughing , dyspnea , and fatigue . I need to change pulmonologist as my present doctor does not explain much and dismisses my symptoms & fear of disease progression.
