My father was diagnosed with IPF about 5 years ago, which has progressed slowly. I hope to learn more about the disease, what to expect and, eventually, tips and support as a caregiver to better support him.  Currently, my father is refusing to make any lifestyle changes (quitting smoking, starting to exercise other than occasional golf, eating more than once a day) and will not take medication for fear of side effects.  For this, I am seeking support for myself.
