I totally agree with you. I was diagnosed almost 3 years ago and with family history it was suggested that I start OFEV although IPF wasn’t that bad. I started 150 mg and for 2 years had diarrhea. I tried diets and other symptoms. I switched to 100 MG 5 months ago and very rarely use imodium and I can now do 10 hours between dosages. My…

I feel once they get it sorted out and eliminate all the fraud there may be more that can be used on research. It appears now that everything is being cut out but the important items will be put back in place!

I started OFEV may 2024 diarrhea was bad at first. The special pharmacy called before shipping and asked about diarrhea. They asked how it took it and I replied before my meal and told me to eat half my meal take it then finish meal. With that and taking imodium in the morning no problems.

The problem I have is taking it 10 to 12 hours apart…
