Going down is no problem, coming back up is all good until I reach the top step where I usually have to pause and ketch my breath. My heart is racing, I sometimes feel light headed and sometimes I curse this disease while I am panting for air and holding onto the railing post&hellip;</p>

IPF is (to date) incurable so you have to be your own advocate.
