| Short Bio | I’m 78. Until April of ’20 had been in very good health although with undetected IPF for about a year. Current symptoms developed practically overnight after a bout of walking pneumonia. I’m on oxygen and about start a regimen of either Esbriet or OFEV. Although I’m aware of its limitations, I’m looking for a regime of exercises that are beneficial in this condition. |
