My doctor gave me ipratropium nasal spray which helps a little. But trust me I feel your pain. I’m on 15 l. I have to turn it way down at night cuz if I sit still I only need about two liters but when I get up and walk around my oxygen level drops through the floor and that’s when I need 15 l but after a steady day of that it is really hard… Read more

I honestly wish I could say it has helped me a lot but I can’t say that I’m breathing any better than I was before. I have pulmonary hypertension but I also have IPF.. my ipf has been stable for a long time and I would not consider Ofev due to side effects.
