But i&#8217;m glad sea water type saline helps you.  That&#8217;s basically what I am doing but for the lungs.  I&#8217;m unsure if 7% is even saltier than sea water.</p>

I should have mentioned that i&#8217;m nebulizing the saline.  So saline is getting into my lungs.  Which spray bottle do you use for nasal?</p>

Actually this wasn’t prescribed but I used it due to high mucus production.  I’ve since expelled quite a bit and i’m not sure where to go after I feel better.  Some say to continue using in case some bacteria still remains.  And then there’s the doctors who say not to use if there’s no sputum coming up.  I’m sure there are people&hellip;</p>

What if I still get relief from it after the mucus has cleared? Can I continue to use daily? Thank you for reading.</p>
