Completely agree with those words of wisdom @karl. Doing nothing can be quite detrimental for us, and figuring out what works best for our condition can be a work in progress, but so important. @Karl Hi Karl – Some say Wei works, I am not sure because I have not looked close enough. To date, nothing is known to reverse IPF or cure it but some supplements help me. They probably help some and others not as much.
