I tried both Ovey and Esberit, but my system couldn’t tolerate them. This pill I am now taking is for people who have had lung transplants primarily. Hello Jim, thanks for the update. The mychophenolate is also prescribed for persons who have been diagnosed with PF. This medicine helps with persons who have inflammation in the lungs. Thank you for the suggestion of using collodial silver to combat bacteria. Take care, mark.

While this scientific paper doesn’t deal with medical treatment of IPF it does give a clear overview of available antifibrotic drugs available now and their side effects.
