I read this forum on behalf of my husband who has IPF, as he does not use the computer nor the internet. He is 80 years old, diagnosed a year and a half ago, but with information from past chest scans for pneumonia, has probably had IPF at least 5 years or more.

Began Ofev a year ago, but had to discontinue in January due to catastrophic medical issues: emergency colon surgery, followed by two heart attacks, then pneumonia.
