Hi Sean. Any update on how you’re doing since you increased your TruNiagen dosage? I’m 3 months in on the original dosage and beginning to notice some improvement in my oxygen levels. I’ve got a PFT scheduled in another month, so we’ll see.

I started Tru-Niagen Nicotinamide Riboside (500 mg) twice daily, Zinc picolinate (30 mg) once daily and Resveratrol (500 mg) twice daily a month ago. Hi. For the TruNiagen, shouldn’t that be 500 mg, twice daily, as that’s the dosage it comes in? Also, is the number for trans resveratrol correct (2000mg daily)? Isn’t that also 500 mg twice daily for a total of 1000? I’m going by what’s in Sean’s PDF, where he said he found that 1500 mg was safe to take. Thanks.
