Any update on how you’re doing since you increased your TruNiagen dosage? I’m 3 months in on the original dosage and beginning to notice some improvement in my oxygen levels. I’ve got a PFT scheduled in another month, so we’ll see.

For the TruNiagen, shouldn’t that be 500 mg, twice daily, as that’s the dosage it comes in? Also, is the number for trans resveratrol correct (2000mg daily)? Isn’t that also 500 mg twice daily for a total of 1000? I’m going by what’s in Sean’s PDF, where he said he found that 1500 mg was safe to take. Thanks.

For those asking about NAD+, I believe Dr. Zaman said in her presentation that Tru Niagen was suppling it for the trial. They also are not saying what the trial dosage is to avoid any problems with the trial. I have been taking Tru Niagen, zinc and resveratrol (no quercetin due to interaction…

Unfortunately, I don’t expect nerandomilast to be any faster given the trial results. I expect the cost to be roughly the same as Ofev, which would make it impossible for most to afford without Part D. Nonetheless,…
