I finally had a chance to check into backpacks for your oxygen when I went to pick up an extra battery for my trip.  I have to say that even if there were a backpack you would have to be very very strong to carry your oxygen tank on your shoulders and back.  However there doesn&#8217;t seem to be that option at the moment.
