It’s working. Mild progression of my IPF for the most part. </p>
<p>     Yes, I got hit with diarrhea pretty badly two years into it. I started taking half of an Imodium 2mg tablet (1mg) with my OFEV in the middle of morning and evening meal. It stopped the diarrhea. </p>
<p>     Hope this might help others  it works for me good&hellip;</p>

It’s three months now since I started taking a 2mg tablet of Imodium with the 150 mg OFEV in the middle of breakfast and dinner. No more diarrhea at all. No side effects from the Imodium unless I’m missing something. It has been a life changer for me and I hope it can help others. I buy my Imodium at&hellip;</p>

My pulmonary function numbers have been essentially unchanged since starting it so it appears to be doing a good job for me. </p>
<p>     As for tolerating the side effects of OFEV, I did pretty well for two snd a half years with diarrhea only hitting me about once every two weeks. Then last fall things&hellip;</p>

My pulmonary function numbers are holding up well with little decline. I recently started having daily diarrhea and considered changing to Esbriet. However after reading someone’s advice on this forum, I started taking a 2 mg tablet of Imodium with my 150 mg OFEV. That did the trick. No more&hellip;</p>
