Best advice for PF symptom management

First of all I went to Children’s Hospital in Denver, Co for a week of tests and observations.  They treat you like you are someone special.  They further concluded I have IPF and emphysema.  They recommended OFEV and Spiriva.  In Tucson they had previous told me I was beyond medicine and didn’t recommend any.  However, I am now on OPFEV and taking Spiriva since Jan 2017.  I am not on oxygen thank God.  I exercise at least 14 hrs a week almost every day.  They have me take a breathing test every 3 months and blood draw.
