I use WellCare with Medicare and they have been absolutely awesome and have paid for OFEV 100 and Jascayde as I take them both together.

Are you on Medicare with a suppliment company?

I am and wellcare approved and I have recieved the Jacayd 11/12/25.

They indicated it was put on the formulary and your dr can help put it into play.

Dont give up on the coverage as hopefully your insurance company will reconsider.

Hello Susan,

I also have WellCare and am now receiving Jascayd 18mg. I started on it a week ago supplied by Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. Insurance paid 100% of all costs. My doctor has me on the OFEV at 150 x2 at the same time.

Bohringer says it’s the max protection with dual active benefits. So far so good!!!!!

I talked to the Walgreens Specialty Drug pharmacy today and they indicated it was in stock and all I needed was a script from my Pulmonologist and they would be able to get the drug added to my WellCare formulary of drugs.
