I have a local pulmonologist but I am being evaluated at the Univ of Iowa for a double lung transplant. U of I is about 115 miles away. I have not decided yet if I will go thru with the transplant. I am at 6 lpm resting and 15 lpm with exertion.</p>

I am at 3-4 LPM resting and 8-10 with exertion. My previous setup allowed me to refill my canisters myself but it was a very slow process. I could empty a tank in less than 30 minutes and it took over 3 hrs to fill. We spent about 2 years looking for heart issues. I had 2 angiograms about 2 years apart and seeing no change, they sent me to a pulmonary specialist.  Once there, I did a bronchoscopy, but the results were inconclusive. I have questions rather than advice. I am on 2 LPM resting and 8 LPM while active. I am thinking of going on Esbriet and wondering about the side efffects and such. Any opinions?</p>
