I am 75 years old and was diagnosed in January of 2021. I have been taking the generaic of esbriet, perfinidone. At first it bothered my stomach until I learned to take it with a meal, or atleast a protein shake. It makes me very sensitive to the sun so I start every morning by applying spf 50 sunscreen.
