| Short Bio | I am 67 years old and was diagnosed in 2010 prior to ofev and esbriet. Dr told me to take vit. D, c, e & b12. Wanted my vit. d on the high side of normal and wanted me to Walk 15 min a day to keep my strength up to be able to carry my upper body. For the next 11 years, I had very little symptoms that required medical attention. Fast forward to 2021 – all of a sudden I noticed I had a hard time walking up stairs, hills and just walking in general. Went to dr and she heard the “crunch sound” and recommend my pulmonologist. MRI re verified I had ILD and IPF which advanced significantly since my last scan in 2010. . Was on 150’s but played havoc on my liver and now on 100’s. Last scan showed no changes in the advancing of the fibrosis. So far, I am not on oxygen and my 02 levels range 95-98 depending on my activities. With declining symptoms – I still count my blessings every morning that I have another day to walk this earth. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | I’m still learning and researching this disease that has overtaken my life. Reading the forums and news updates makes me realize I’m not alone in my journey. I have learned and have taken the advice of others who have been on this path before me. I am hoping one day I can answer this question…….. |
