									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://pulmonaryfibrosisnews.com/forums/forums/topic/severe-neck-and-shoulder-pain/#post-28835"><span class="bb-reply-lable">Reply to</span> Severe neck and shoulder pain</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I am 75 years old and was diagnosed with IPF in 2012.  Earlier this year I had shoulder and neck pain and my Pulmonologist referred me to Rheumatologist.  I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease known as Polymyalgia Rheumatica which is treated with prednisone.  Once treatment was started I had immediate relief.</p>
