I stand with my back to water for my face and gently go around and under the sides of the cannula. I have also used in shower and just take it off briefly to wash face and hang cannula over faucet.  You could also use a self attaching hook higher up that keeps water out of it.  So many things&hellip;</p>

Some home concentrators are less noisy, but it still has a few different noises as it cycles. I do use ear plugs, for me sleep is more important, I do feel safe in my home and community so that helps. </p>

Insurance provided a Rhythm POC and it is loud to me. I have a used OxyGo Next ( supposed to be the same as the Inogen 5) that is quieter but still loud. I am sensitive to noises and I hate the sounds of both concentrator and POC. And our house layout doesn’t allow for concentrator to be very far away.  So guess I&hellip;</p>

Since it came on so fast, I personally would not be thinking end of life. Could be a variety of things but I would get him in to another doctor asap. </p>

I’ve adapted chores like laundry by sitting down and having front load machines help! Sitting down to dress. </p>

Went to pulmonologist, he called ILD then.  Continued to see him but with a gap during covid.  Everything stayed the same.  I was living in Colorado and had no trouble breathing or doing anything. In March of 2023, saw pulmonologist and got the same, stayed the same,&hellip;</p>
