I’m also a golfer using oxygen. I s/b on continuous flow at 3 lpm when exercising. When golfing I take my portable pulse machine, set to 6 lpm and use in the cart between shots. A disability flag on the cart helps as well.

Could you please explain your use of Boost Oxygen in more detail. Does it sound like something for me to try?
