I have ILD (IPF).  I had been a smoker off and on over the years.  I used vaping as a way to quit smoking.  I made my own liquids–even nicotine from Tomatoes and Potatoes for awhile.  I went from 18mg of Nic to 0 over a period of time, and I credit Vape with saving my life.
