Biography

Hello everyone.  I’m 68yrs and was diagnosed with IPF in 2018 however after a lung biopsy they changed the diagnosis to NSIP.   I was started on mychophenolate & prednisone along with an antibiotic.  After 5 months there was no stabilization improvement so it was recently discontinued.  Now I am waiting to start Ofev.  I am not currently on h2O although I have had portable and stationary concentrators delivered.   I too have gone through depression and the grieving process as I come to terms with my disease (if that ever really happens).  I remain active but am truly afraid that once I am on h2O full time I won’t leave the house unless it’s necessary and that really saddens me.
