I started taking OFEV 2 days ago. I’m not completely gotten my head around thus disease. I go to gym 5 days a week and can still do 180/200 supported squats that is with using ropes. I do break at 25 for a minute or 2 but I complete the sets. I feel during but I get out of breath but it’s not to bad and seems to not have changed…
