In addition to the carob powder, I also put in (1) tablespoon of carnation instant breakfast.  Not that it helps with the diarrhea, but I enjoy the taste.  I use almond milk as I found using regular milk with lactose was not good.   Good luck as the carob powder erased any fear I had of being in public and having an accident. </p>

Was previously on pirfenidone for 2 years but took a downturn so switched. Three weeks ago, I added 9mg of Jascayd and take at the same time as the OFEV.  Have not noticed any difference on side effects but am one of the lucky ones that my side effects were minimal (some diarrhea) with OFEV.&hellip;</p>

I started taking Esbriet in early March and built up to 3 pills/3 times per day.  Am in the sun every day and living in the south it can get intense.  So far I have had no skin impact and basically haven&#8217;t changed the way I clothe or apply sun screen. Have previous heart conditions and susceptible to GI issues so would like to start with Esbriet.
