    This is so very true in my case. The higher CO2 production the longer time to recover and increased breathing difficulty. I try to eat fresh fruit and high protein such as eggs and fish and chicken. If i eat a cookie and some ice cream i may not recover for 3 or more hours.

    • Warren, when I eat foods as you have described I feel the same way. It seems those items just want to lay around in the bottom of your stomach and make you miserable but they taste oh so good. Take care, mark.
