| Short Bio | Prior to being diagnosed with PF I have been up close and personal with: Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, RA, Diabetes Type 2, and Crohn’s. Therefore, adding PF was not terribly surprising. I am a retired elementary teacher, married, have four grandchildren, and one great grand. I live in the country with my husband, three dogs, one cat, and six laying hens. Our little farmette is in the middle of a horse farm so we are always surrounded by horses. Life is good. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | My best advice is a positive attitude. I know my future will be a little shorter than I might have previously expected. I might like to stick around for one more event or a few more days with my friends and family. But believing so strongly I will be moving on to greener pastures, promised by our God, makes this journey a positive one. |
