Served stateside for 2 years in the motor pool doing clerical reporting.  Served 2 years based in Turkey doing Postal/Courier assignment, traveled to several middle eastern countries, Europe, England, Spain and Greece during that time mostly on C-130 aircraft. I was diagnosed in 2017 and looking back had it at least a year prior.  I have been doing well for the most part.  On and off oxygen for the 8 years.  I recently had a decline and ended up in the hospital.  As a result I was approved for transplant, however, I am getting better so we are pausing the listing to see how&hellip;</p>

They have a Facebook page and a web site.  There are people from all over the world.  They have monthly Zoom Meetings that are very informative with experts in the field.  All the info is accessible from the web page.   I highly recommend joining&#8230;&#8230;   PF WARRIORS</p>

I also struggle with the fatigue issue and like Ron especially the mid day dose.  Some days can muscle through and others I&#8217;m done&#8230;</p>

I suffered an exacerbation in early 2023.  I went on the list in mid 2023.   I entered pulmonary rehab shortly thereafter.  I was doing so well and got well enough to do my exercises without the assistance of oxygen.  I asked them to test me and I was able to do everything well and stay above 94 on&hellip;</p>

Saw an Allergist, no allergies, so I have been on Fluticasone and also recently started Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Sprays.  Two&hellip;</p>
