One difficulty I have with reporting side effects is that I’m often unsure whether the issue is a side effect of the medication, or of some other medication, or merely of old age. That makes it difficult to decide to report the issue, in case it is from another cause rather than from my Esbriet.

I will try to remember to let you know how I do with this. I had a similar resolution last year and 90% of the time walked 4 days a week.

“Walk at least 4 days each week”

You might try walking at your local mall or Home Depot or Lowes. In my town all of these places allow walks indoor, with dogs. That way you can get in your laps without slipping on the ice.
