<p>As to oxygen level drops into the 80&#8217;s, I walk 25 feet and my level drops into the 70&#8217;s,  so you are OK. I am on 10 liters a minute, it takes me 5-10 minutes to return to mid 90&#8217;s.</p>

<p>I just ordered it so I can wear it during the day. </p>
<p>I have IPF and on 8.5 liters of oxygen continuously </p>

Sorry about your loss, my wife passed away in December 2020</p>
<p>I was diagnosed with IPF in 2014 at the age of 71, I am 80 years old now and yes I have gone down hill so to speak. I have been on Oxygen since 2015 and have also take Esbriet.</p>

<p>I am 80 years old and have had IPF for 8 years.</p>
<p>I am on 6 liters of oxygen 24/7 and have for 5 years.</p>
<p>I also take Esbriet, so maybe the green tea will help some but at my age I can’t expect much.</p>

I am 80 years old and have had IPF since 2014</p>
<p>I am on oxygen continuously but can still get out and do some things like shopping but just have to walk slower or use my electric scooter.</p>
<p>So just eat healthy, get some beetroot capsules from the store, I ordered mine from Amazon. They help your energy.</p>

I have a Mazda Miata convertible and ride with the top down and the fresh air along with my oxygen tank really helps me to relax.</p>

Take Esbriet and nitric oxide from a pump connected to my oxygen system.</p>
<p>I am stable with a 50% lung capacity.</p>
<p>I ride my Motorcycle weather permitting, also have a Convertible sports car that I drive.</p>
