When I am sitting I don&#8217;t need oxygen but when I start moving around my level drops below 90% in a short time so I bought a home unit thinking I could just use it all the time and avoid the need to wire myself up, as I call it, when I start doing something. In 2017 my wife made a trip to Brisbane Australia when my FVC was 75%. We flew from LA to Brisbane, a 13+ hour flight. I have a POC with a 9 hour battery at 2l. The doctor suggested IFEV because the wife and I spend 3 months in Yuma Az every winter and Esbrite had a warning about being in the sun. I have not had any side affects so far. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, i WAS PUT ON OXYGEN RIGHT AT THE FIRST. 2 L BUT ONLY FOR exertion which the doctor said was anytime I was not sitting down. I cheat a little and do not use in in the house which may be the wrong thing to do but it&#8217;s a lot less hassle. I am sure that that will change down the line but for now it&#8217;s wonderful.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello Charlene, I haven&#8217;t joined the forum before because of my problem with spelling. I was told I had IPF in Jan 2016. Went on OFEV this July. So far have not had any side effects.</p>
