Anybody taking RESVERATROL and if so in what doses recently i went through a video saying that high doses of resvetrol is harmful….Any idea anyone?

I have a doubt. My mom is taking is OFEV 2 times 150mg and she is taking egcg 150 mg and curcumin 1500mg and resevetrol and zinc and nattokinaase. I have heard that we should take too many blood thinners at once. Is this fine or we should not take too many blood thinners.
