You need a cpap only if you have sleep apnea! Your Oxygen saturation drops while you sleep if your heart doesn&#8217;t pump enough blood and your lungs don&#8217;t get enough Oxygen. Since both Esbriet and Ofev work be suppressing the immune system, are those taking one of these medications at risk by taking the COVID Pfizer or Moderna vaccines?</p>

Daily workouts may offset the shrinkage rate. I workout daily and I don&#8217;t seem to be bothered by this concern. </p>

It&#8217;s tricky to pick up your poison!</p>

I&#8217;ll add astragalus to my daily serrapeptase. I take iSerra delayed realease 250,000 SPU 3 capsules daily.  Any suggestions for astragalus dose or manufacturer? As far as working out, I still work out daily by doing 2-3 miles hikes or treadmill if weather is really bad, lift weights and play some indoor tennis.
