I m back in hospital and feeling some better since put me back on Prednisone as I was on before. I was not taking any at all and wondering if this is why I was having Panic Attacks. I know you have taper off Prednisone not stop abruptly. What do you think about this. My oxygen was supposed to be on level 5 and they had set&hellip;</p>

I have handled my diagnosis well up until this point.   I took 100 mg OFEV for 18 months without issue but started having issues with very bad cramps and nausea so I stopped.  Now that I have stopped my breathing is worse. Have had brief visits to Emergency Room recently.  Last visit&hellip;</p>

It helps me to read your information.  I have been diagnosed with PF since August 2023 but do not know what type I have.  My 02 levels have been steady until past 4 weeks.  I was on 3 of my oxygen but have had to  increase to 4 continuous flow.  If I go without oxygen for just few minutes&hellip;</p>

Thanks for t reply. I have never heard of Silent Aspiration and HH. I need to go to that clinic in Phoenix you went to have my HH checked  It is pretty close to where I live as I live in Las Vegas, NV  Also I have never heard of Barotts Esophagus  I’ll research it to learn more  </p>

For my HH I have been on Pantoprazole for many years. It used to work well but since my PF diagnosis it has rapidly gotten worse. I have had biopsies last year 2023 but doctors only told me I have PF.  I’ll keep searching.  Prayers for you. </p>

I’ve had it for 30 years or more (I’m 76) but it is getting larger. My last CT Scan for my PF mentioned how large it is.  I never have relief from it my food takes forever to go down, my chest and throat burn constantly sometimes I spit up liquids and my stomach is always swollen. It’s very uncomfortable. Since you mentioned watch your blood sugar I thought I would throw in a concern of mine. I was diagnosed with PF August 2023 but know I have had it longer because of the symptoms I  had. I take 100 mg of OFEV twice daily (with no side effects) and 20 mg of Prednisone. I also have type 2 diabetes which the Prednisone drives my blood&hellip;</p>
