I agree – anyone able to enter the trial – please if you would! I am a participant in the Jascayd trial extension- I’ve been on that trial for a couple of years as entering trials is the best way to help move the search for a cure forward! Anyone entering this trial is a true hero –

I have not had any additional side effects from taking the supplements with OFEV – the OFEV has had its own issues which are the same for me with or without the supplements

Tru Niagen NR has been shown to be safe up to 3000 mg per day. I take between 2000 mg and 3000 mg per day. Zinc has been shown to be safe up to 50 mg per day – so that’s what I take.

Tru Niagen (NR) is in my opinion the most reliable and proven supplement to increase NAD+.
