I have a bed that I can elevate and I thought I’d try to sleep with my head elevated. After 3 days, I woke up with the worst knots in my neck. :). Now I’m back to flat.

Attitude is a big contributor to our overall health and you seem to have the best outlook. Good Luck! I have been on Ofev 150 2X a day for 3 years now and Yes, my disease is getting worse but only mildly. I feel good, eat well and try to work out as best as I can. I think you will do fantastic!
