I often miss the afternoon one due to life getting in the way.</p>
<p>Take Flonase as well, AM and PM</p>
<p></p>
<p>I have also been advised to use an <b>Aerobika</b> device by my respiratory therapist.  I am only getting started with that so I have nothing to report,.  Its main purpose is to stimulate  mucus <b>expulsion</b>.</p>

My mother died of it.  My great-aunt died of some mysterious interstitial lung disease (years ago now) which may well have been pulmonary fibrosis. So I am pretty certain that FPF is&hellip;</p>

Still conducting field tests (&#x1f601;) focusing largely on oatmeal, not granola.  My OFEV regiment at 150 per capsule is:</p>
<p>AM &#8211; <b>before</b> eating, Loperamide and Pepcid, other regular meds </p>
<p>AM &#8211; <b>after</b> eating, about an hour &#8211; OFEV embedded in  roughly a  tablespoon of smooth peanut butter.  I make a bolus of these&hellip;</p>

PND drastically reduced, coughing significantly less as well.  No antihistamine on a regular basis, but sometimes.</p>
