OFEV slows but does not eliminate IPF deterioration. If anybody told you otherwise, they are wrong.

Me too. 2 squirts in each nostril, 3x per day. I often miss the afternoon one due to life getting in the way.

I have also been advised to use an Aerobika device by my respiratory therapist. I am only getting started with that so I have nothing to report,. Its main purpose is to stimulate mucus expulsion.

Ipratropium 6% 2x per nostril, 3x day, and Flonase concurrently 2x a day. PND drastically reduced, coughing significantly less as well. No antihistamine on a regular basis, but sometimes.
