Linda..i dony have salty phlegm but my mouth, tongue and lips stay sore all the time. Dont know what to do. I was diagnosed a few weeks ago with IPF.

Has anyone been told to follow a gluten-free diet and eat organic?
This is a real challenge looking for these foods and affording high costs.
